Our photographs show style references, not fixed specifications. Send a website reference, your own design, drawing or sample. We discuss materials, lenses, frame and temple details, colors, branding and packaging to agree your project specification.
- Send your enquiry. We normally respond within one working day.
- Agree the specification, quantities, quotation, trade terms and delivery schedule.
- Arrange paid sampling and confirm the sample and order requirements.
- Proceed with production after receipt of the deposit or letter of credit, according to the agreed order.
- Arrange pre-shipment confirmation and payment, then dispatch under the agreed terms.
Sampling and tooling fees
Sampling is charged. Sample and tooling fees are credited against the corresponding production order when that order is placed. Confirm the amounts in the quotation. Sampling generally takes about 15 days.
Payment arrangements
Payment can be agreed by T/T or L/C at sight. A common T/T arrangement is a 30% deposit, with the balance paid after production and before shipment. The agreed order sets the final payment conditions.
Production and shipping
Bulk production generally takes 30–60 days from receipt of the deposit or letter of credit, with the exact schedule agreed for the order. Production time is separate from transit time.
Quotation and ports
FOB, EXW and CIF quotations are available by agreement. Shanghai and Ningbo are available shipping ports; the location and shipping arrangement are confirmed for each order.
Pre-shipment confirmation
Customers may arrange an on-site inspection or third-party inspection, or discuss sample dispatch and video confirmation. Agree the method, scope and timing before shipment.
