Custom Sunglasses Gift Sets: How to Plan Contents, Packaging and MOQ

October 15, 2026 · JUNLIAN

A custom sunglasses gift set is a purchasing configuration: one selected frame, a defined group of accessories and an agreed presentation. A clear component list helps a retail buyer compare quotations and approve the actual set, rather than several attractive items that have not been evaluated together.

JUNLIAN reference SET-022. Use the product reference when discussing the contents and presentation of your order.

Define What One Finished Set Contains

Start with the items the customer should receive. Depending on the reference, your brief might pair sunglasses with a hard case, zip case, wallet, cap or hair accessories. Describe the quantity of each component and identify any items that are only part of the display. Do not assume that everything visible in a reference photograph is included in a quotation.

Write a short packing list for one sellable unit. For a proposed eyewear-and-case configuration, the list could identify the frame reference, case reference, any printed card and the required outer packaging. Ask JUNLIAN to confirm what is available, what needs development and what is included in the quoted price.

Compare References by Their Contents

The custom sunglasses gift sets collection includes several starting points. SET-022 shows blue patterned eyewear with a hard case and display card. SET-014 combines sunglasses, a zip case and hair accessories. SET-028 shows blue eyewear with an illustrated wallet and display card.

These references serve different assortment ideas. Compare the role of the accessory, the intended presentation and the work needed to prepare each configuration. If you want to substitute an accessory, describe the change explicitly. A similar-looking package should not be assumed to have the same contents, dimensions or price.

Use Sets as the Ordering Unit

JUNLIAN’s minimum quantity for gift sets is 1,200 sets per style. Confirm how “style” is defined for your chosen combination, including any differences in frame color, accessory or artwork. Ask whether a packaging variation changes the minimum quantity or quotation.

Keep the unit clear on every document. An order for 1,1,200 complete sets is different from an order for 1,1,200 loose pairs of sunglasses with accessories quoted separately. For planning, two configurations at approximately 1,200 sets each would represent approximately 2,400 complete sets, subject to the final agreed quantities. Request separate lines for optional additions so the comparison stays readable.

Develop the Branding as a Complete Presentation

Specify where your brand should appear: the frame, case, card, label or outer packaging. Supply the approved artwork revision and ask which applications are feasible on the selected components. If artwork includes third-party names or characters, discuss the applicable authorization before development. A reference image does not establish permission to reproduce its artwork.

Review the proposed colors and graphics on the actual components. The objective is a coordinated result, with the correct logo version and readable information on each surface. The eyewear packaging guide explains how to organize the component list and packing instructions.

Approve an Assembled Sample

Sampling is approximately 15 days. Confirm the sample scope: whether it demonstrates the frame, a specific accessory, the branding or the complete proposed set. A partial sample should have its unresolved components clearly listed.

When the assembled sample is available, check the contents against the quotation. Review how the frame fits in the case, where the card sits and how the package is closed. Record changes with the component name and revision rather than a general request to “improve the set.” Keep the approved sample and final packing list together. Follow the sample approval checklist for documenting decisions.

Gift Set Quantity Examples: Count Complete Sets and Components

Use one complete retail set as the quotation unit, then calculate the eyewear and accessory quantities separately. The examples below illustrate the arithmetic for 1,1,200 complete sets; they are planning configurations, not a statement that every combination is available or approved.

Illustrative contents in one set Complete sets Components to quote
One sunglasses pair + one case 1,200 1,200 pairs + 1,200 cases
One adult pair + one child pair 1,200 1,200 adult pairs + 1,200 child pairs; 2,400 pairs in total
One sunglasses pair + one pouch + one cloth 1,200 1,200 pairs + 1,200 pouches + 1,200 cloths

For a parent-and-child combination, show both frame references and the quantity for each one. Confirm how the selected styles, colorways, packaging and assembly affect the final quotation. Do not count one accessory as an additional finished set.

Carry the agreed components into the gift-set component checklist and use the retail labeling and packing brief to define what each customer receives.

Confirm Production Timing and the Quote Scope

Bulk production is generally 30–60 days; counted from receipt of the deposit or letter of credit, with the exact schedule agreed for each project. Share the required arrival date early and allow for any sampling revisions, approvals and transport separately. Ask whether a change to one printed component affects the complete set’s readiness.

For a useful quotation, send the reference, sets per style, component list, branding files, destination and requested timing. Distinguish required components from optional upgrades. Send Your Gift Set Brief ↗ The aim is one confirmed offer for the complete configuration you intend to sell.
