Eyewear Gift Sets: Building a Component List
October 16, 2026 · JUNLIAN
The word “set” should mean the same thing in the quotation, sample and purchase record. A component list defines what one customer receives. It is especially useful when eyewear is combined with a case, accessory or presentation card and several configurations are under consideration.

Define One Sellable Unit
Write a plain description of one complete set. Then list each component and its quantity within that set. Keep the total number of sets separate from the number of individual components, so a request for 1,200 sets is not confused with 1,200 mixed pieces.
Give Components Their Own References
Link the frame, storage item and other accessories to a photograph or reference. Where a component has not been chosen, label it as an open selection. Do not allow an illustrative photograph to become an unspoken commitment to a particular material or specification.
Record Alternatives as Separate Options
If you are comparing a hard case with a pouch, create option A and option B. Ask for the quotation scope of each. Avoid placing both alternatives on one list without stating whether the customer receives one, the other or both.
Control Substitutions
Ask for proposed substitutions to be identified before approval. A replacement that looks similar may affect fit, presentation or the packing arrangement. Record the accepted component reference and update the assembled sample record rather than approving only a supplier message.
Approve the Complete Combination
Confirm whether the sample includes all components, artwork and final packing. JUNLIAN’s minimum order quantity for gift sets is 1,200 sets per style. Confirm the selected components, color allocation and packaging requirements in the project quotation. A component change can require the quotation or sample scope to be revisited.
Buyer Planning Worksheet
Define one complete sellable set before calculating the order. Use the table as a blank planning structure and replace each open entry with the agreed component reference. The items below are possible components to discuss, not the contents of every JUNLIAN gift set.
| Component | Reference and revision | Quantity per complete set | Total required | Approval record |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Selected eyewear | Enter selected frame reference | Enter the agreed number of pairs | Set quantity multiplied by pairs per set | Specification and sample revision |
| Case or pouch | Enter the chosen option; separate alternatives | Enter agreed quantity or mark excluded | Set quantity multiplied by units per set | Fit check and component reference |
| Cleaning cloth or selected accessory | Enter reference for each included item | Enter quantity for each included item | Calculate each component separately | Artwork or sample record as applicable |
| Printed insert or display card | Enter artwork version or mark excluded | Enter agreed quantity | Calculate from complete-set quantity | Approved artwork revision |
| Retail box or outer presentation | Enter box or presentation reference | Enter agreed quantity | Calculate from complete-set quantity | Assembled sample and packing record |
Keep complete-set quantities separate from pairs and individual components. Give different case, accessory or packaging configurations separate option references. JUNLIAN gift sets have a minimum order quantity of 1,200 sets per style; confirm the style definition, color allocation and selected components in the quotation.
